About This Project

One weekend day while working, a couple arrived at my door (my office is a rather private location). “We’d like to talk to you about designing a new home for us!’, they offered. An immediate, delightful meeting ensued, followed by visiting their lovely lot, also in CR Ranch. What resulted was a green-designed, ICF home to fit into the lovely unique environment of their lot. With a marvelous diversity of views and potential different indoor/outdoor design environments, the fun was to capitalize on them all. The result is a unique home which combines interior spatial flow with seamless relation to the delightful decks and patios.
