About This Project

This was a house in a hilltop meadow for a lovely couple from Texas. Designed as are all projects specific to the clients’ needs, they provided me with 3 ring binders with likes, needs, furniture/art/furnishings and any material they felt conveyed what they wanted in their house. All was incorporated into the design, along with marrying the building to the site and taking in the stunning views. Though not an ICF house, this was a green build which included solar electric panels, solar hot water and geothermal heating/air conditioning system.
