About This Project

Views!! After a process of choosing the lot they liked best, these lovely clients chose a small, setback-constrained, sloping lot… with spectacular views. With more than 180 degrees of unblockable views, our house is perched on the site in a way to take them all in, whether panoramic or framed. And as the views include the Mogollon Rim, they are dynamic views which change with time of day and year, and weather, including a ‘movie’ view of all storms moving in over the Rim. A green build, this is a house using R-40 ICF walls, R-48 roof, geothermal heating/cooling, on-demand hot water and high performing window systems.
